Everything is gone

We were being forced from our homes as we learned that COVID was a biological weapon intended to create a dictatorship.

Groups of people were moving down the streets being forced into large buildings. The overcrowded groups looked like refugee caravans — like Jews going into concentration camps.

I was standing in a long line for the bathroom and the woman in front of me said there had been a run on the banks. She wept into her hands, “Everything is gone.”
