Hearts, lungs, livers, kidneys

I got up and went to get ready for the day. Opened my closet door and instead of clothes were body organs hanging. There were hearts, lungs, livers, and kidneys. Each one has a tag on as if I had bought them at a store. They were neatly hung as a group. I could choose from a couple of hearts etc. I just stood there trying to decide which ones to take. Could not see what was on the tag.
